Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted cloud database. Each lab's data is kept apart from every other lab, and only people you invite can see it.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Backups are kept for 30 days and the lab owner can download them at any time.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. It runs in any browser and installs like an app on phones, tablets and computers.
Do doctors pay anything?
No. Doctors use the portal for free as part of your lab's subscription.
How long does it take to start?
Usually a day. We set up your lab, then you invite your team and doctors.
